How many hours of sleep do you get each night? Is it enough to sustain your energy throughout the day? If not you could be affecting your mental and physical health. Our bodies NEED SLEEP! Here are some reasons that sleep is so important and how you can ensure you always get enough sleep!

POOR SLEEP = MORE STRESS

We need sleep to help us coupe with everyday stressors without it we can become irritable which can cause us to lose control of our emotions.

It is important that if you are finding that you are unable to sleep or are having problems staying asleep that you reach out to a doctor and see if they can get you help. If a doctor is unable to find a reason for your lack of sleep then reach out to a mental health practitioner you may have too much on your mind which is causing you to not sleep.
