Are you struggling to stay connected with friends and family while in quarantined. Need some tips on fun and safe ways to stay connected with your friends? Here are 3 ways that you can stay connected in the safety of your home!

There are many different video chat networks that can help you stay connected with family and friends that you would normally see every day. Staying connected with family and friends is essential to ones mental health. Just because we are not allowed to be with one another does not mean we should not stay connected.
