Motivation!

As times get harder at home are you struggling to find motivation to get your school work done, get out of bed in the morning, exercise or other tasks you used to love? Here are some tips to help you get more motivated!



1. Set a schedule and stick with it. Pick a time to wake up, time to eat your meals, time to complete school work, time to exercise or spend time with family. Also determine a bed time.

TIP: Set alarms on your phone if you need help staying on track. The beginning may be hard but eventually you will be able to be on a schedule.


REMINDER: If you are going to bed at 5AM and sleeping until 1PM this is not a good routine. Even though it is 8 hours it is not your normal routine. Wake up around the same time that you would if school was still in session.


2. Download a motivational app on your phone to give yourself daily reminders to stay motivated.

3. Listen to motivational speakers in the morning or when you are having a hard time during the day.
