Are you struggling keeping a schedule while being home in quarantine. Here are some tips to keeping a schedule.

1. WRITE IT DOWN!

- It is easy to plan a schedule in our heads but we may not be able to follow it until it is written down. Write it down and put it where you will be able to see it everyday. This can be on your phone, laptop or even on your mirror.

2. Make it REASONABLE!

-No one is expecting you to do more than you can handle and you shouldn't either. Make sure you put a reasonable bedtime and wake-up time. A reasonable amount of time for school work, a time for self care, family time, time for friends.

3. STICK TO IT!

This plan is going to help you schedule your entire day stick to it the best you can. Sometimes sticking to it will be hard. You may have less school work to do which gives you more time to do something else or your family may want you to stay up later with them to watch a movie. THAT IS OKAY! The schedule is here to guide you it does not need to be perfect everyday.

4. CHANGE IT AS NEEDED!

The first time you plan this schedule it may not work for you. You may realize that going to bed at 9:00PM is not something you can do. SO....ADJUST IT!

5. Reach out for HELP

If you are struggling with forming a schedule talk with someone! The YES program is here to help !
