Are you staying active at home?

If you need help review these easy at home activities that will keep your mind and body active. These are all FREE activities that you and your family can partake in.



1. Take a walk around the block

-Make this a family event, everyone at home could use some fresh air. A walk is also a great way to get exercise. Make sure you stay at least 6 ft away from anyone that you encounter. This does not include your nuclear family.

2. Look for online exercise and yoga videos

- You do not need to leave your house to get active. By using everyday household products, you can continue to be active at home.

3. Complete daily challenges.

- You can do a squats challenge, push-up challenge, or even a crunches challenge. Select one or multiple and complete them every day.
